Confession, have not used in hunting mode, not sure we ever will. Golf mode, unfortunately in winter, have not used on golf course but have used in yard. Excellent accuracy with distance and pinlock when measuring my driveway length and marker. Options do take a little practice, strongly recommend breaking out the instruction book to learn the button commands. Only took me about 20 minutes, and easy to do once you understand.The rangefinder itself feel well made and solid, and this is a reliable brand in the rangefinder market. Comes with a hard carrying case, battery, carbineer and microfibre cloth for cleaning.I have attached a pic shot through the lens of the rangefinder, but doesn’t do it justice - the image from the lens is crystal clear. Can’t wait to use this next spring on the course, hopefully help shave a couple strokes off the game! Fully recommend this great little device.
